Hello, and welcome to Autofeed.cc!
Just like any other social network, we also have rules that you AND other users have to follow.
Following these so called rules helps keep Autofeed a well respected, and clean community.
By following the Terms of service, you help us stay clean.

In a nutshell

Autofeed's rules might be too complicated to read for users with issues reading larger
chunks of text, and so, here's our terms of service (TOS) in a nutshell:

Do not bully or harass anyone
Follow GDPR- and other EU laws no matter where you are
Report any misuse to our staff and any legal matters to us- or authorities
Do not sabotage or exploit Autofeed's internal systems or website
Do not create alt/alternative accounts if you get suspended or terminated
Follow swedish copyright laws
Do not misuse features
Show respect to all users and staff

Breaking these rules may result in punishments such as suspension, termination or further actions
that may involve authorities or not.

Agreements

When joining Autofeed, you will have to agree and comply with the following:

I will follow GDPR- and Swedish copyright laws, no matter where i am situated at
I wlll not exploit or sabotage features or systems of Autofeed.cc
I will report any misuse on this platform
I will accept that once i get suspsneded, i cannot bypass it
I will completely agree and follow these terms of service.
I will accept that if a legal investigation is done, my data may get investigated by law enforcement

If you do not comply with these agreements, you may be suspended or have further action taken from using Autofeed

User data

Autofeed's servers, including the data, are all hosted inside of the EU country Sweden.
All user data and such is self-hosted in Sweden, and only accessible by administrators and authorized staff of the website. We strive to protect this data, and we do so by:

Encrypting passwords using Bcrypt, salting and peppering
Using strong passwords and safety precautions to prevent unauthorized access
Forcing browsers to use HTTPS to encrypt all traffic between the servers and users
Ensuring no other third-party service gets access to our databases or data

Legal

If any legal issues are met on Autofeed, we will take immediate action, depending on who is involved:

If a user is involved we will investigate the issue and help law enforcement
with the case by giving needed data and other traces for the crime culprit.
NOTE: We will only give out data of users if it's needed for a legal case, as listed in the Agreements

If staff is involved we will treat the incident just like when a user is under investigation

If the entire site is envolved (global investigation) we may shut down the website to let authorities
investigate the website without any disturbance and such to improve the quality of the inepsction

We take the law serious, and we will ensure that the law gets their way no matter the situation.

Content

On Autofeed, users that are logged in can create posts in many ways such as:

Simple text
Text with markdown
Images
GIFs
Videos

But, when having this freedom to create material freely, some restrictions have been added to keep Autofeed users safe.

Allowed content:

Images that are aligned with Autofeed Terms of Service
Memes that are aligned with Autofeed Terms of Service
Videos that you have recorded
Images that you have taken yourself
GIFs that are aligned with Autofeed Terms of Service
Links that redirect to a website with HTTPS or one that isn't a dangerous site

Restricted content:

Gore/NSFL (Not safe for life) content
Pornography of any kind (such as Hentai or video-form), NSFW marked posts do exist but still have tight restrictions.
Links that redirect to dangerous websites
Guides on how to perform illegal tasks
Pirated or stolen content
Spam content such as bot posts or such
