Ground rules

Ground rules on Autofeed follow as:

• Your content is your content, and other people's content is other people's content, not yours
• You must be 13+ to use Autofeed
• NSFL content is forbidden at all costs, and NSFW can only be seen and created by adults on harsh conditions
• Spamming isn't allowed
• Self promotion isn't allowed at all (Self-Promotion counts as spam)

Agreements

When joining Autofeed, you automatically agree to the following terms:

• You will follow the website's TOS
• Any illegal acts you do on the website (such as copyright infrigiment) is automatically your responsibility unless a moderator notices but doesn't take action.
• Anything you do on the website is your responsibility
• You will follow EU's laws no matter where you are from (see GDPR)

Content

On Autofeed, users that are logged in can create posts in many ways such as:

• Simple text
• Text with markdown
• Images
• GIFs
• Videos

But, when having this freedom to create material freely, some restrictions have been added to keep Autofeed users safe.

Allowed content:

• Images that are aligned with Autofeed Terms of Service
• Memes that are aligned with Autofeed Terms of Service
• Videos that you have recorded
• Images that you have taken yourself
• GIFs that are aligned with Autofeed Terms of Service
• Links that redirect to a website with HTTPS or one that isn't a dangerous site

Restricted content:

• Gore/NSFL (Not safe for life) content
• Pornography of any kind (such as Hentai or video-form), NSFW marked posts do exist but still have tight restrictions.
• Links that redirect to dangerous websites
• Guides on how to perform illegal tasks
• Pirated or stolen content
• Spam content such as bots or pasting nonsense such as movie scripts
• Anything breaking Sweden's internet laws or GDPR

Depending on which rule has been broken, you can face consuquences, ranging between a mute, over to legal trouble.
You as an Autofeed user is responsible for anything that you upload on Autofeed.
If Autofeed gets in trouble for content that was published by you, you will be the one that Autofeed will blame.

GDPR

Autofeed and it's services are hosted in Sweden, which means that all users need to follow GDPR laws no matter where you are situated in the world.

Here are simple GDPR ground rules on Autofeed:

• Autofeed will store your data as private as possible
• Private info such as legal names, emails, passwords, etc. are all kept private
• Your Autofeed DMs will be kept private
• You as a user also needs to follow all this, even tho you are outside the EU
• If you get access to private info on Autofeed (such as a security breach or someone who is leaking their information) contact Autofeed immediately.

Breaking GDPR will make you face serious legal issues, and a national data protection authority will be contacted.

Licensing

Users on Autofeed can license content by adding text stating that the attachment is licensed legally or not.
Examples of licenses you may stumble accross:

• Default Autofeed license (Applied automatically to all attachments on the site unless stated otherwise)
  This license let's you repost the content under the conditions that it contains proper credits such as
  linking the account with a html link tag (<a href="link to post">)

• Autofeed license Protection+
  This license is similar to the Default license, but you can only share the content on Autofeed, nowhere else.

• Any Creative Commons (CC) License
  The Creative Commons license let's users redistribute content but on specific terms (Read more or License list)

• MIT license
  The MIT license is a powerful license letting you use and modify the work however you feel like but while still
  giving credits for the original creator/creators.

Penalties

Penalties on Autofeed is (to simply put it) punishments.
Here is a list of punishments we may give out to you breaking these terms:

• Muted:
  Muted is a punishment in which you won't be able to post or interact on the platform, and you will only
  be able to read and see content on the site.

• Suspensions:
  A suspension is in which you can't use Autofeed, most fetaures are closed off and you can't access them.
  List of suspensions:

  • 1 day suspension
  • 5 day suspension
  • 10 day suspension

• Termination:
  Termination is just like a suspension, but when it is permanent.
